Firefox by Mozilla is the second most popular web browser in terms of worldwide use as it consumes nearly a quarter of worldwide browser usage shares recorded May 2009.  Firefox incorporates current web display standards as well as some provisions that are based upon projected standards for the near future.  Mozilla Firefox stands as one of the true competitors in the new browser wars since Explorer was able to win dominance in the late 1990’s.  There were plenty of Firefox errors in the implementation process, but recorded popularity shows that these have been highly overcome.

Firefox launched amidst a rapid campaign where added features were provided with web browsers rather than fixes to known errors and Firefox errors were as abundant as were errors to other well known browsers.  Firefox went through several changes before the first major update was released with changes to security and stability.  During the race to attract users, most of the protocols for web browsing were treated as secondary and some major issues were allowed to circulate amongst the public users.  This has been heavily criticized across the spectrum of browsers by public.  Live assistance in browser features and more careful releases have helped to alleviate the problem.

While gaining massive ground in the race for web browser dominance, Firefox has generated little traffic on the internet for Firefox errors as compared to other errors that can be researched.  This may be a solid indication as to how Firefox has managed to gain the amount of browsing share worldwide to allow it to advance on Explorer while the original browser giants have been forced to drop out of the race.  There is solid indication that the innovative thinking and design put into Firefox new editions are solid market campaigns and that the forward thinking will carry Firefox to the lead. 

Researching Firefox errors that were prevalent in the earlier editions of Firefox there seems to be memory leakage issues which stem more from overuse of tabs or extensions which leave the program hanging and require shutdown of extensions via the tab bar or task manager.  This hardly seems to be a complex issue and it certainly is not an issue to discourage this writer.  Fixes to this error seem as related to processor ability as it is Firefox itself.  In the face of the problem, Mozilla published a clear listing of situations that can cause massive memory leakage, so despite the Firefox errors existence, there is a responsible solution published to the user pool and public disappointment may well have been contained.

With the many reviews of errors in hardware and software, one solution seems to outweigh problems, unless grossly existent; solid customer service along with public education and clarification.  Mozilla Firefox has proven with data and performance to be capable of overcoming errors and continuing a race for leadership.
